Toyota Repair: My carmy 2003 accelerator Problem, nylon brush, carmy

Hi, i also want to complain about my accelerator Problem. anytime i remove the battery from the car and fixed it back the will not be in idle work again at least i can take a record of two times now. what do you think of a lasting solution to this problem and if there is no Toyota mechanic around vicinity what you do advice.Thank you

This is a somewhat common problem, the inside of the throttle body needs to be cleaned, there is too much carbon and other deposits in there to return the throttle plate to it's original position, without getting any more technical the solution is to disconnect the battery and then remove the large intake tube from the throttle body, open the throttle all the way and clean the inside using a can of intake system cleaner in spray form and a nylon brush, when the inside is clean reconnect the tube and the battery and start the engine, it may run rough for a few seconds but it will clear up then drive the car immediately for about 15 minutes, the idle should return to normal.
