Your answer was either clutch, A/C Amplifier and drive belt. What and Where is th A/C Amplifier and where is it located? Is it possible the green button is faulty? Has anybody found a definite answer for this problem? I have changed the belt to no avail.

QUESTION: the car is a 2000 toyota sienna with the 3000 V6 engine

Answer
The most common reason for the light to flash is that the freon pressure is too low, if that is not the case and you are sure the freon pressures are good then I would recommend trying a new a/c magnetic clutch relay located under the hood in the fuse/relay block.
