Toyota Repair: 1998 toyota corolla ce-manual locks, toyota corolla, control rods

I need to know how to replace the exterior driver front door handle.   I am a single mom and can't afford to pay someone to fix this on my daughters car so I am going to try to do it myself.  Please help!   Also the key won't unlock the driver door but it will unlock the passenger door, can I switch the lock cylinders?  Thank you so much for your help!

Does it have power windows? The lock cylinders are different from left to right. You'll have to remove the door panel, that's why I need to know about the power windows, after the door panel is off the door handle can be removed by unbolting it from the door and disconnecting the control rods, in some cases it's only a plastic clip that holds the control rod on that breaks and can be replaced.
