Toyota Repair: Dash Illumination Problem, illumination problem, toyota corolla

Ted...I have a 1994 Toyota Corolla DX.  The left side of the instrument panel (temp gauge + half of tach) will not illuminate.  In addition, I noticed the temp controls will not illuminate in the center console area.  Is this likely a fuse or bulb issue or something else?  Please advise.  Thanks!

It's a bulb issue, the bulbs can be replaced, remove the instrument cluster, first remove the black trim piece around the cluster the remove the four screws holding the cluster in, on the heater control outer panel can be pulled off to get to the bulbs below.
