QuestionI cut the wiring harness under the drivers side fender,after splicing it back the horn and lights will work but no power to the key switch. i checked all of the fuses and a new key switch, but now power.

Which wire is it that has no power and where is it located(what color is it)?
When turning the key do the dash lights turn on/headlights?
