Toyota Repair: water in driver floorboard of 05 4 Runner, stiff wire, drain hose

Question
Have water in bottom of driver side floorboard -- sides are dry - no rain, haven't washed the car -- could it be a/c condensation and if so, how can I check it out and correct it?

The a/c evaporator drain hose probably came off letting water drain on the inside instead outside through the floor, pull the carpeting back and make sure the hose is connected to the evaporator and exits through the floor, there is also a chance that the drain hose is clogged up.In that case it can be cleaned out with some stiff wire or compressed air/
