Is it possible to add a turbo without much modification to my engine? It is a fully stock engine with 210,000 miles and runs great. I have researched that Toyota made a certain amount of the same year model and make that had turbos already in them.

Yes, that's correct, toyota did make some turbo 4 runners and trucks which turned out to be a big mistake since they kept blowing headgaskets and had turbos sieze up because of lubrication problems. The turbo engines were not the same as the non turbo, they had pistons that provided a lower compression ratio due to the turbo boost, it all looked good on paper but was a total failure in real life. This is why they stopped producing them soon afterwards and started designing more efficient engines without using turbochargers.
