Toyota Repair: high idle takes time to settle, air intake hose, toyota corolla terra

hello there, whats on a 99 toyota corolla terra 1.3L if the idling is high and it takes maybe 30mins, is it the air filter or the fuel filter(where can i find the fuel filter?), does the timing belt affect the high idle? thank you

None of those things have anything to do with the high idle. Try cleaning the inside of the throttle body, remove the air intake hose and clean the inside of the throttle body with some air intake cleaner and a soft brush, clean all the carbon out of it and see if that helps.
