Toyota Repair: oil pan leak, oil plug, oil pan

I recently had the oil changed on my 1999 Civic at the dealership.  They said that it had a small oil pan leak but just to watch it and not to worry about it for now.  What could be causing this and should I wait to have it repaired as they suggested?

I cannot answer your question due to the fact that I can't see where the leak is coming from if I am not there to look at it. Unless there is a puncture in the pan, it can only leak in two places, the seal where the pan meets the block or the oil plug.
