Neither heater nor a/c will respond when turned on.  The blower does not work.  The indicator light does not come on.  Where is the fuse box for this fan located?

The fuse box is located under the dash on the drivers side. With that being said, I would suspect that the problem doesn't lie within the fuse box. My experience tells me that you have a bad blower motor. The blower motor is located under the passenger side dash and is held in place by 8mm bolts. Over time, as we drive our cars and park under trees, our cars accumulate dirt, leaves and other foreign debris that gets lodged in the motor and causes it not to work. In regard to your A/C light, it's just very possible that the light that illuminates the switch is burned out.
