Toyota Repair: 2.2 camry, toyota camry 1992, spark plug wire

Hello I have a 2.2 toyota camry 1992 ,Number two sparkplug lead keeps coming out of the sparkplug tube,Seems to have water pushing it out?What is happening?

Answer
The only way water can get in the tube is either externally or internally, externally would mean the water is coming in through the spark plug wire seal on top, from rain etc, but if the water is coming in and pushing the connector out from the inside there may be a crack in the cylinder head, this is very unusual but at this time it's the only possible answer I have.
