Toyota Repair: po446 service bulletin from toyota, mass airflow sensor, bank 1

Hi,
I have a 1998 camry 4 cyl that keeps popping code po446 evap canister and am requesting that service bulletin from toyota you said there was. My cap is new as the old one wasnt bad but still replaced it anyway as the year and originality warranted it. Light came back on after some time after the first clearing so I would like to get that bulletin to address this issue, also my othet problem is a lean bank 1 code on a 1.5liter echo. Please provide an email address to send the bulletin to, I can't attach documents here, on the echo, see if it has a mass airflow sensor directly behind the air cleaner in the intake, remove it and clean it on the inside with some electronic contact cleaner, make sure the small platinum wires inside are clean.
