i have a 1993 toyota camry vienta(3VZ-FE engine) 3l car.the engine system warning light comes on after a few minutes of starting the car and driving out. and the car speed drops about 10%. please let me know what i can do

I can't even guess what the issue is without driving the vehicle and checking it out. I assume you mean the check engine light. You need to have someone hook up a scanner to the ECM to pinpoint the problem.
