Toyota Repair: Prius power window problem, addrss, prius

Hi,
I bought a used 2001 Prius and am having a problem with the auto up/down power driver's window:
The window goes up/down just fine, but when you use the auto up feature, the window goes all the way up and then immediately goes back down.
I suspect that the window has been replaced and needs to be aligned but I don't see any kind of alignment markings.
Do you have any ideas?
