Toyota Repair: 2002 Tundra Stalling Problem, o2 sensors, throttle plate

Question
My '02 Tundra V8 will not run without my foot on the accelerator, as soon as I remove my foot the engine stalls out immediately.  I checked all the O2 sensors, changed 1, but no improvement.  No DTC codes.  The check engine light was on prior to the problem.  After cleaning my battery posts, changing the air filter and changing the oil, is when the problem occurred.  Disconnecting my battery may have deleted the DTC code(s).  I didn't have a scan tool before the problem. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Answer
This is a common problem and there is an easy fix, remove the intake hose from the throttle body and block the throttle plate open, clean out the inside of the throttle body with some air intake cleaner(used to be called carburetor cleaner) but very few cars have them anymore, spray it inside and scrub the throttle body clean with a stiff brush, clean as much of the carbon out as possible, restart the engine and go drive it right away in stop and go traffic, if there is still a problem with high or low idle then disconnect the battery and reconnect after 10 seconds and go drive it again, that should fix it.
