Toyota Repair: Tundra 2000, diagnostic fee, accidents

airbag light on for no reason, no accidents or anything. cant get inspection.  cost 85$ for toyota to tell me why its on.  can I disarm it?   I disconnected the battery already, still on.   HELP!    thanks    JASON

No it can't be disarmed and doing so is against the law, even if it was possible the light would still stay on and if the warning bulb was removed the inspector would notice that right away, the solution is to pay the diagnostic fee and find out what component may be failing, the system is not complicated but the parts can be expensive.
