Toyota Repair: 2004 Camry, fuse box, prongs

Question
How do you get to the screws on the prongs of the 120A fuse in an 04 Camry? I can see the fuse is blown but can't get it out. They told me at the dealership when I bought the fuse that there are screws in the holes of the prongs that hold it in.

Yes that's correct the fuse is bolted in, the fuse box has to be unbolted from the body and the the bottom cover has to be removed and maybe some of the electrical connectors on the bottom have to be removed to get them out of the way so you can get to the bolts.
