Toyota Repair: 1992 Camry XLE Vanity/Visor Mirror Bulb, camry xle, visor mirror

I have tried to find this bulb all over the city of Charlotte, NC and the only place I could find this bulb is at the local dealership (Scott Clark's Toyota City) and it had to be ordered from their wholesaler. Is there a bulb replacement that could be used? This bulb looks just like
a glass fuse however it's a bulb. It's a 3-watt bulb. I even tried the local import specialty shop and they don't have it. I am even trying to find a catalog number in general to get this bulb. The last time I got this bulb was at the local AutoZone and now they are acting like I have lost my mind and they say they have never seen one or anything like it. Please let me know.

I'm very familiar with this bulb and it seems toyota has designed this just for their models for some reason, I know of no other places to get this bulb, you may want to try a local electronics store if you haven't done so already, then just give up and order it from the toyota parts department. The first time I needed this bulb for a replacement the parts guy looked at me a little puzzled when I showed him the bulb and said I needed one just like it, then I had to make him look it up on the computer and ordered it.
