Toyota Repair: computer codes, o2 sensor, oxygen sensor

Question
I have a 1999 toyato avalon. The check engine light is on. Had it check by a local shop they gave me a code PO135, but don`t what the problem is.

Answer
This code indicates an oxygen sensor failure in engine bank one, bank one/sensor one is located in the exhaust manifold near the firewall, replacing this sensor will take care of the problem. Contact the toyota dealer to get the OEM part or just have them replace it, it's difficult to get to and requires a special O2 sensor socket.
