Toyota Repair: Toyota Estima / Previa Sliding Door, power doors, toyota estima

I have a 95 Estima and the sliding door will not open. It is the model with electric close mechinism at the rear which operates when the door is only partilally closed. When operating the door handles the opening latches do not respond. You can feel resistance when trying to operate handles. How do you take panel off and fix this problem.

There have been many problems with these sliding doors and toyota has issued many service bulletins on how to check and repair these, are both doors power doors or only one side? In any case I don't think I can be of much help because so many things could cause the door not to work, I would advise having the toyota dealer check it if possible.
