Toyota Repair: T100 wont start after head gasket replacement, head gasket replacement, dowel pin

Question
I just replaced the head gasket, timing belt, starter and water pump on my 1994 Toyota T100.  We marked everything from the distributor rotor to the camshaft pulleys to the camshafts themselves and were careful to put it back together right on the marks but it wont start. It turns over, it is getting gas, and appears to be getting enough spark. We didnt reset the computer or attempt to jump any wires before trying to start it. Is there anything that you can think of that we might have skipped or should check. Any clues would be much appreaciated. Thank you for your time.

Answer
Recheck the crankshaft cam timing again, make sure the number one cylinder, first one on the left bank is all the way up and at TDC. Then check the cam timing marks again, there are three holes on each cam gear, make sure the dowel pin is in the middle hole on each gear. Use the factory timing marks, with the engine at TDC on #1 cylinder the marks on the cam gears should line up with the dimple marks on the sheet metal cover.
