Toyota Repair: toytoa no start, celica gts engine, loose ground

hi i hope u can help me im a 15 yr technician moastly transmissions but i have a 89 celica gts. engine will spin over fine no start, but will rollstart and run perfect all day. i checked all wires, got good spark when spining over but no inj pulse replaced dist. still same prob. maybe comp.?

The only thing I can suggest at this time is to try another EFI relay, if that's not the problem I can tell you what termials on the ECU to check while cranking, the IGF or NE signal may be lost somewhere between the distributor and the computer or there may be a loose ground connection for the computer, ECU body grounds are alsways white/black. I also need to know what engine it is, is it the 4AF-E engine? I can send some wiring informationand a description of the engine control system, please foreward an email address directly to me> tedrttr@yahoo.com, here is another thing to check, pull the connectors off the ecu and check for any corrosion  or bent or loose pin connectors.
