Toyota Repair: 94 Previa wont start with new battery, time jump, loose connection

Question
After carelessly leaving side door ajar for a couple of days with inside light on, I tried to start car: it turned over a couple of times, then clicked, then nothing. Did not respond to jump starting, so figured it was battery.
Got new battery, but still wouldn't start; HOWEVER, this time jump starting worked, so drove it around awhile.
Next time went to start, nothing, not even electrical components like radio, etc. worked.  Car alarm kept going off, but finally able to disengage that.

Thanks for any advice you can give me.

Answer
Check all the fuses under the hood especially the large alternator fuse, it looks different than the other fuses and it's normally around a 100A fuse, it's possible that it blew while jump starting, other than that the only thing that may be the cause is that the alternator is not charging the battery or there is a loose connection at the battery.
