Toyota Repair: 2002 camry, plastic insert, master switch

I am trying to install a new drivers side front door handle. I cannot get the wires and the slots in the cable end in their proper place at the same time. Do I need to remove the door panel and if so, how?

Yes the door panel has to be removed to replace the inner door handle, remove the plastic insert in the armrest there is a screw under it, pry off the window master switch from the front, there is a screw under it as well, the rest of the door panel is connected with plastic clips, the panel can be pried off.
