Auto Insurance Claims: can pip help with my lost wages, insurance expert, PIP coverage

i am a delivery driver and found out that I need surgery to repair a hernia that I got from work can or will my pip coverage help with lost wages at all I have full coverage on my personal vehicle any help or advice would be very helpful thanks for your time.

 Hello Chris,

PIP only provides coverage in the event of a traffic accident.  I can't tell from your question if your injury is a result of a traffic accident or not.

If your injury is traffic accident related, any Workers Comp benefits would be credited against PIP benefits.  PIP does cover lost wages.

Start by reading your policy.  It will define your coverage.  Next, call your personal insurance company, address any questions, and, assuming your coverage is established, file a PIP claim.
