Toyota Repair: toyota starter relay, dave palermo, starter relay

can you plase email me the diagram adding an additional starter relay.  We have a 91 celica exhibiting a no start condition hot (no solenoid click).

Adding the extra relay is only done as a last resort after everything else is tried and doesn't work, in any case this applies only to early V-6 trucks and 4 Runners. It's not the solution for the Celica, there is another problem, there may be an excessive voltage drop between the battery and the starter due to a bad connection or a poor ground connection from the battery to body ground or if it's an automatic transmission there may be a problem with the neutral start switch.
