Toyota Repair: 1987 celica, 3s-fe, fuel injectors, cold start, fuel injectors

Question
wont start, no power or pulse from connector to injectors.
cold start injector is working, car runs for 2-3 sec. Fuel
pump ok open cir. relay ok ignition spark to plugs ok & just replaced ECU. Distributor -G1 terminals read 236 ohms
specs call for 140-180 ohm is this the problem? or what is it that sends signal to injectors? Electrically stumped.

Answer
The computer controls the injection on/off pulse, it will not do so if it does not see ignition taking place which is the IGF signal from the distributor but it seems to have this signal because there is spark to the spark plugs but it also has to have RPM information in order to fire the injectors and I think this is where the problem is, the rpm signal is picked up from the NE coil in the distributor, I beleive replacing the distributor will solve the problem.
