Toyota Repair: 95 Camry Check Engine Light, driveability problem, metal strips

Question
The check engine light is lit on my 95 Camry with V6 engine, auto trans, 150k miles.  I have tried jumpering E1 to TE1 to check the codes but the light stays on solid.  E1 has continuity to the chassis and I measure 11 volts between TE1 and E1.

Thanks,

Dave

Answer
Make sure the jumper terminals are making contact with the metal strips in the connector, it's easy to put the wire in without making contact with the metal strips, unless the computer itself has a problem, with voltage at the E1 terminal and a good ground at TE1 the engine light should flash, is there a driveability problem with the car?
