Toyota Repair: 93 Toyota 4runner electrical, blown fuses, power fuses

Question
I just got my 4runner and i was going to install my own cd player.  the previous owner had his own deck installed, but it was older.  anyway, i forgot to disconnect the battery, so when i cut the old deck out, there was a spark.  after that my highbeams dont go on(however i can flash them) the dash clock doesnt work, the radio doesnt work, the dome light doesnt work.  i tested the wiring to the stereo for power and there was power on the red wire, but no constant power.  i checked all the fuses and fusible links under the hood, behind the glovebox, and in the fuse box on the drivers side.  everything checks out visually.  any ideas?

Answer
It is possible that there are still some blown fuses, they need to be checked either with a test lamp/volt meter with the key on or with an ohm meter with all power off, battery disconnected.Be sure to check the larger "power" fuses, they look different than the rest of the fuses and have a clear cover on them, these can be visually inspected for burned out elements.
