Toyota Repair: 1996 4runner, spark plug wire set, spark plug wire

Question
I have a check engine light on my 1996 4WD V6 4runner. Turns out a miss fire on #4. Spark plug wire set and #4 coil pack have been changed @6 -9 months ago. I was told that #4 fuel injector is bad and needs to be replaced. Does it sounds right? How do I change this part, I am mechanically incline and have worked on my car but hasn't changed this part yet.

Answer
If everything else checks good including the engine compression then I would say yes it could be a bad injector, it's not that hard to replace, it is located on the left bank of the engine, there are two bolts that hold the fuel rail on to the manifold and the fuel line, once the rail is removed the injectors can be replaced easily.
