The transfer case works and can go into low gear but the wheels aren't engaging into four wheel drive. Looking for any possible solutions???

The most likely cause is that the actuator on the front differential is not engaging and not locking the front differential, check the vacuum hoses to the actuator to make sure they are attached from the solenoid located on the right fender under the hood to the actuator, sometimes the metal pipes on the actuator get clogged up, try cleaning the pipes with a small diameter wire, if all fails the actuator has to be removed from the differential and checked with a vacuum pump for proper operation.
