Toyota Repair: lights, camary, short circuits

i am hoping that you can help. As i have changed the back break lights in my 1998 camary le and now i can't get the   senor light on the dash to go off..can you help in NJ

also i just changed the lights in my 1989 camary. now the one that is in the rear window is on and i can't again get the light on the dash board to go off... i have too camary's

A common problem is that the wires in the wire harness that runs along the left trunk hinge get stretched and break, the wire harness insulation has to be opened all the way into the trunk to find the broken wires, there is also a tail light relay that can burn out because of the short circuits, it's located on the left inside the trunk under the carpeting on the side, remove the carpet and the relay is mounted on a metal brace inside the left fender.
