Toyota Repair: Oxygen Sensor Replacement & ID, oxygen sensor, replacement id

Question
2002 Tundra 8 Cyl 2W TRD.  Local shop replaced sensor after a PO 135 reading @ $190.  2 weeks later after another 'Check Engine light' - I bought a OBD reader and got a PO155 reading (Bank2, sensor1).  Where is the sensor located and is the second sensor fault an indication of other impending problems?

Answer
Bank 1 sensor 1 is the left hand exhaust manifold
Bank 2 sensor 1 is the right hand exhaust manifold
Bank 1 sensor 1 is the post cat convertor o2 sensor.

O2 sensors of any make last about 100-150,000m before they're useless. Sorta odd you tripped them both so closely together, but such is life!

They're not hard to replace. DIY. Just get the right sensor. Save even more money if you buy a generic, cut the wire & harness off your old sensor & soldier/heat shrink it on the new one.
