My Previa also had the same problem I guess, can you explain to me more clearly how to put Sea Foam into the carburetor via 'vacuum line'. My knowledge about engine is very poor. Is the carburetor under the front seat?

I really appreciate your advice.

It has a throttle body there is no carburetor, lift up the driver's seat and open the engine cover, there are three small vacuum lines on top of the throttle body, with the engine running remove the one marked P, attach the hose for the additive to it and keep the engine reved up to about 1500 rpm, this should work.
