Toyota Repair: 1994 4runner starter relay, starter relay, charging system

could you please email the fix for putting in a starter relay...my toyota does the classic click behind the glove box and you said the voltage is dropping to the starter in another response I read> 118,000 on my 4runner...starts great one minute, then the click next time. It seems you are placing an additional starter relay under the hood...any part #'s or diagrams/help would be great.
Thank you in advance for your help as this is driving me nuts and replacing the starter is not the fix.

I can send you a copy, I will need your email address, can't send attachments here, this repair will only work if everything else tests good,this is a last resort type of repair, if the starter or battery or the charging system has a problem this remedy will not help.
