Toyota Repair: 1994 camry, repair experience, ball bearing

Question
My step son is having a problem with starting his car after inspecting the car i can see a circular burn in the timing belt cover and small ball bearing were there seems to be a pulley of some sort and the car does not turn over no electrical problems at all he said that he has been loosing some oil and some antifreeze over time

Answer
either the waterpump or idler pulley exploded.
Youll need a new T belt and whatever exploded.
Not a do it yourself job for the average auto talent.
Youll need some moderate auto repair experience.
