Toyota Repair: Engine stalls when warming up, engine coolant, 4efte

Question
Hi. I've recently done an engine swap and have been quite successful. I've put a Japanese 4efte (1.3L Turbo) into a 1994 Paseo. Everything seems to work. The car starts up and runs strong when cold. As it is warming up, it will suddenly sputter then stop running. The check engine light will come on. A diagnostic check reveals code 14 - Ignition. If I start the car when cold, then rev it until warm, I can baby it through the stalling out phase, but when I let off the gas, it will sputter and die again. I did get a code 22 - Engine Coolant Temp - once and I have replaced the temp sensor. Any ideas what it could be? I've done a fair amount of research and have narrowed it down to either wiring, the igniter, the ecu. Could fuel pump cause this? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Answer
sorry for the delay, Ive been at Lexus training for 2 days.

.Do you get the harness and ecu with  the engine or seperate?

It sounds like an igniter problemTry blowing a hairdryer over it to see if you can make it stall when cold.

Fuel pump wont cause an ignition code.
