AnswerThat's sort of an open ended question. You've got labor rates going from $60-112usd/h depending on where you go. It's not complicated, it simply takes alot of labor do do one correctly.
Then you get into it being dependant on what all services are also envolved in the process. DOHC Toyota engines don't generally burn up valves, but if there is a poor valve seal the head must be dissasembled, inspected & possibly valves replaced, and/or the head sent to an engine machinest.
I would call a Toyota dealer, or an indy mechanic, but expect it to run near a thousand usd. Plus, or minus afew hundred. *Provided* there are no major problems.
(You also sometimes get into doing maintenance items at the same time.)
