Toyota Repair: 2003 Corolla LE idle & warm up problem, repair attempts, toyota tech

Question
After engine warmup, Corolla "hiccups" at around 45 MPH and dies coming to a stop. Also dies after 20 mins idling. Toyota Dealer mechanic had car 6 weeks, called Toyota Tech Rep, still cannot determine problem. No codes, no CE Light, swapped sensors and ECM from good Corolla and still died idling.

Answer
Sounds serious if all those people were not able to solve the problem after having the car for six weeks and getting toyota tech support involved.
Since there are no trouble codes and all those parts were tried I'm a little bit stumped here also, almost all engine malfunctions will trigger a trouble code to turn the check engine light on.
Can you tell me a little history, did you buy the car new, how long ago did this start, was the car in an accident, what recent repair attempts were made to correct this problem, if any other than swapping the components?
There is one other possibility that will not trigger a check engine light and that is that the fuel may be contaminated, have the fuel drained and put in fresh fuel in the tank to see if it solves the problem, any input you may have may help me to solve this.
