Toyota Repair: 1990 toyota sr5 3.0, toyota sr5, wont move

i have read a similar forum about the same truck having problems, anyways i have replaced my air/fuel filter. plugs and wires, and o2 sensor which has turned off my check engine light. but the truck wont move upon warm up untill its completely at running temp. but anyways my problem is that it wont "move", itll get to speed but takes forever and feels like the brakes are being fully applied, it seems to get worse and worse any tips will be awesome! thanks guys

This sounds like it may be a restriction in the exhaust system, possibly a restricted catalityc converter, disconnect the converter at the front and test drive to see if the condition improves, if so have the converter replaced along with the muffler.
