Toyota Repair: How to program keyless entry for Toyota Corolla 2001, toyota corolla 2001, keyless entry systems

I bought a keyless entry off of Ebay for a Toyota Corolla 2001 S Series.  The guy who sold it to me said that it worked great for a Toyota Corolla 2001 but he didn't give me any instructions.  How can I get some instructions on how to program this keyless entry device.  It has the Toyota insignia on it and it is black.

There are commonly two types of keyless entry systems and both will have the toyota insignia, the difference is that one is installed at the factory the other system is port or dealer installed, I don't know which system you have at this time, I can send the instructions for the factory installed procedure but if it doesn't work you may have the dealer installed version.
