Toyota Repair: how to replace rear door handle, toyota tarago, release lever

Question
I have a broken rear door handle on my 1992 Toyota Tarago (8 seaters) in Australia. Can you please tell me how to dislodge it from the door and replace it ? I have opened the rear panel of the rear door, but I don't know if it was secured by screws from the rear panel or from the front where it was located between the two number plate lights. Please advice.
Thank you.

Answer
Not quite sure what a tarago is but I think I can help anyway, break off any plastic piece that is left from the broken handle and look inside the opening with a flashlight, you can see the release lever, with a small hook pull the lever down and the door will open, the license plate has to be removed, there are a couple of 10mm size nuts on the inside, once the light holder is removed the handle can be replaced.
