Toyota Repair: misfire, spark plug wire, toyota camry

Question
I have a 1994 Toyota Camry with a 2.2l. The problem is the nuber 2 cylinder wont fire. I have nice blue spark, and great compression. I have changed the fuel injector, but it seems to not be getting enough power. The car idles at 500 rpm and when I remove the spark plug wire from the number 2 cylinder nothing changes. What would cause an injector to not work. Where does the other end of the wire plug in at?  What voltage should I read at the injector plug? What is the best way to test this problem and what could possibly be wrong?

Answer
All the injectors have constant battery voltage to one of the wires, the other wire goes to the computer which grounds the injector on/off to make it turn off and on the frequency depending on various input signals. Check to make sure that there are 12 volts to one of the wires on the injector connector with the key on, if so verify that the computer is turning the injector on/off while turning the engine over or while running, there is a special test light available at most autoparts stores that plug directly into the injector connector that will flash if everything is ok, if it doesn't flash there is a problem with either the grounding wire going to the computer or the computer itself.
