Toyota Repair: 1988 4 runner v6 runs rough ,no #3 cylnder, phillips screw, fuel injector

Question
I have a 88 4 runner and just replaced every thing on it.
the motor has less than 40,000 on it
all new injectors seals
computer,cap,rotor,wires,plugs,tps,mass airflow,coil.timeing belt all pullys,water pump alt,

now the problem is it runs but has no power
and i can disconect the #3 wire and it makes no diffrence could the timeing belt be 180 out?
or could it be my fuel dampner ? the little phillips screw was all the way out and in the little plastic cup.

I have never ever had this problem before

Answer
It's not the timing, if only the #3 cylinder has the misfire I would suggest that the compression of that cylinder is checked first. If the compression is good(150-190 psi) I would suspect that the fuel injector may be the problem and recommend that the #3 fuel injector be replaced.
