Toyota Repair: 1989 toyota fan, toyota pickup, seat repair

I have a 1989 toyota pickup and for 6 month's now my fan and heater have not been working. The fuses are all good and everything else is fine. How do i open this up and how can i fix this problem.

Does the fan blow on any speeds?

The blower is under the right side dash.
Pull the plug and substitute a test light. If it lights with the fan switch, motor is NG . If no light you may have a bad blower resisor or relay.
Blower resistor is in the heater box above your left foot if sitting in the RF seat.
