Toyota Repair: 85 22R 244k manuel 2WD, crank pulley, head gasket

Question
i'm replacing the head gasket and the timming gears and chain need info on getting it back in time, hehe i've never done this before so detailed info would help a lot

The new gear set should have instructions.
There is a different color link in the chain that matches up with a dot on the crank pulley.
At the top there are two links that line up with a marked tooth on that pulley.
The pulley is keyed to the cam. the crank pulley is keyed to the crank.
