Answer
A little difficult especially if it's a 4X4, in either case the "easiest" way is to remove the right front wheel and the inner fender rubber shield and the metal shield, once the bolts are off and the cables are diconnected the starter can be pulled through this opening, there is a small heat shield on the exhaust manifold, remove it as well, bend some of the steel brake lines out of the way and remove the 10mm bolt that connects the wire harness to the frame and with a little twisting and turning the starter will come out through the opening.
