Toyota Repair: speedometer/front windshield wipers, toyota celica supra, toyota celica

Question
I bought a 1983 Toyota CElica Supra p-model. I had accidently left an interior light on and drained the battery. so i boosted it to start it, and now the speedometer always reads '0' but it turns on. It's a digital dash.

Also, the front windshield wipers won't turn on. I checked the connections and they are on, now, or atleast the cables that i think are them. the rear one had the same problem but it works now. could the motor be fried or is the fuse most likely fried and undetectable to the eye?

Answer
Is it possible that the battery was jumped backwards, even for a second, it will cause fuses to blow and cause problems so check all the fuses, the ones under the hood and also the ones inside in the left kick panel. You can check them without pulling each one out by using a test lamp with the key in the on position.
