Toyota Repair: Oil leak and Smoke, toyota 4runner, acelerate

I have a Toyota 4runner 1994 just reach the 100000 miles. Never had a problem before with it until yesterday.  Is leaking oil in the front driver side when I drove it before realizing it was leaking after a light change took a while to acelerate and shook a little.  Is smoking black smoke after the smoke the muffler drips water with a little oil.
My husband took a look and don't know where the oil could be comming from, motor oil is good, power steering fuel is good.  The oil leak it seems to be close to the left front tire.

Please tell me what could be the problem so that we could have an idea.

oil cant leak out the tailpipe. If it goes in the engine it burns up. May be some carbon contaminated water.
black smoke isnt oil either, rather fuel.

Blue smoke would be burnt oil.

Check the brake fluid resevoir. Thats in the area you indicated.
