Toyota Repair: Abs fuse removal, amp fuse, needlenose pliers

I need to remove my abs fuse in a 1999 tacoma . I have pulled on the thing and it seems to be stuck. It is a 60 amp fuse and is there anything special I need to do in order to get the thing out. My abs system is malfuctioning and I just want to disable it for now.

This fuse should just pull out like any of the other large fuses under the dash. Try pulling it out with needlenose pliers, as a last resort you could remove the plastic cover and cut the fuse wire inside.
If this truck also has VSC and Trac control these will be disabled also.
